Debra makes the first cut
Organic hair and beauty specialists Barnet & Belle were delighted to have TV star Debra Stephenson on hand at the official opening of their business on Penn Hill Avenue in Poole.
Actor and Impressionist Debra, who is well known for her roles in Coronation Street, Bad Girls, the Impressions Show and Newzoids entertained VIP guests with hilarious impressions before cutting the ribbon to mark the official opening of the new salon.
Salon Owner Liz Dunne was overjoyed at the event:

What’s in a name?
Barnet & Belle is a play on words for Hair & Beauty. Liz Dunne, Owner and Creative Director was inspired by her London roots, where she trained at L’Oreal Kensington and Splinter’s of Mayfair. After owning a successful salon group in Surrey, Liz relocated to Dorset and worked as an Apprenticeships Training Assessor for salons across the county. Liz practices a holistic and personal approach that enhances the natural beauty and wellbeing of her clients.
Pop in and meet the team at the boutique salon in Penn Hill. Together, Beauty Therapist Clare, Senior Stylist Jo and Liz have more than 60 years of combined experience. They will be delighted to greet you and tell you more about the hair and beauty products and techniques which they use.
