Mindfulness & Meditation – six week course
This course is for people who want to connect back to themselves and their environment through mindfulness techniques and simple meditations. The profoundly beautiful wisdoms of the Zen tradition will stay with you and enrich your life. Mindfulness promotes a calm and clear mind to allow us to see the beauty of each moment.
