Our Partnership with the Green Salon Collective

The Green Salon Collective (GSC) assists salons in responsibly managing waste by recycling and repurposing materials that would otherwise end up in landfills. Through this partnership, we ensure that:

• Hair clippings are transformed into tools for cleaning up oil spills or used in composting and gardening.

• Used foils and colour tubes are recycled, reducing environmental impact.

• Excess hair colour and chemicals are disposed of safely and ethically.

• PPE and plastics are diverted from landfills through specialized recycling programs.

This collaboration not only minimizes our ecological footprint but also supports broader environmental initiatives, such as reforestation and clean water projects.

Introducing the £1 Green Fee

To support these sustainable practices, we’ve implemented a £1 Green Fee for each client visit. This nominal fee directly contributes to funding the recycling and waste management services provided by the Green Salon Collective.
