Referral Offer Terms & Conditions
Barnet and Belle Open Day
(14th November 2025)

1: Eligibility

• The referral offer is open to clients registering to attend the Barnet and Belle Open Day on 14th November 2025.
• Each attendee may refer up to five (5) friends or family members by adding their details to the registration form.
• Referred individuals must be new clients who have not previously attended, booked, or registered with Barnet and Belle.

2: How the Offer Works

For each person you refer who:

• Is listed on your Open Day registration form,
• Attends the Open Day event,
• Books and attends a paid appointment at Barnet and Belle,
• And completes that appointment (i.e., does not cancel or receive a refund),

you will receive £10 credit towards your next appointment.

3: Credit Conditions

• Referral credit is applied only after the referred person’s appointment has been completed and paid for in full.
• Credit will be automatically applied to your next appointment or booking and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• The maximum total referral credit available per person is £50.

4: Fair Use Policy

• Referrals must be genuine individuals with unique contact details and payment methods.
• Self-referrals, reciprocal referrals (two people referring each other), or fabricated referrals are not permitted.
• Barnet and Belle reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of both referrer and referee before issuing any credit.
• Any suspected misuse, false information, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of any earned credit.

5: General

• Offer valid only for referrals made via the official Open Day registration form for the 14th November 2025event.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, packages, or discounts.
• Barnet and Belle reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• The decision of Barnet and Belle in all matters relating to this promotion is final.
